Job Description
The Learner role is a developmental position, where you will be responsible for executing defined tasks that support business objectives. Learners will be expected to complete their studies, attend training sessions, and participate in operational tasks such as administration, research, analysis, customer service, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a registered qualification while gaining work experience
  • Execute defined daily tasks that contribute to business unit objectives
  • Provide support across projects, analysis, reporting, and operational functions

Requirements
To qualify for this part-time learner opportunity, applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be currently enrolled in or planning to complete a formal qualification
  • Must be South African citizens
  • Must be 26 years old or younger
  • Must demonstrate interest in financial services and customer engagement
  • Must be able to work part-time while studying
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a structured, values-driven environment

Role Responsibility
Learners will be assigned to various business areas where they’ll be expected to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world tasks. They’ll receive feedback, coaching, and guidance to grow professionally and gain industry-specific experience.
