Minimum Requirements
🔹 Education: Grade 10
🔹 Work Experience: No prior experience required, but basic numeracy and communication skills will be an advantage.
🔹 Technical Skills:
- Basic reading and writing abilities
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
- A valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment and surrounding areas.
- Ensure restrooms are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Remove waste and manage refuse collection daily.
- Dust and clean exposed surfaces, including windows and office areas.
- Support gardening tasks such as watering plants and maintaining shrubs.
Operational Assistance:
- Help with picking, packing, loading, and unloading stock.
- Participate in stock-taking processes when required.
- Provide delivery or messenger services (if authorized to drive).
- Support management with any general tasks as needed.
