Qualification:

  • Grade 12
  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

Experience:

  • MS Office proficiency (essential)
  • Vendor management experience (advantageous)

Key Performance Areas:

  • Capture vendor data accurately and timeously
  • Assist in resolving vendor portal queries
  • Review and maintain vendor documentation for compliance
  • Maintain active vendor checklists and ensure alignment with legislative requirements
  • Assure the quality of vendor documents
  • Assist with annual audits and vendor compliance reporting
  • Support Supply Chain processes to ensure operational efficiency
