What is the Heineken Management Trainee Programme (Engineering)?
This is an 18-month structured development programme designed to accelerate your career in engineering within the supply chain and manufacturing space.
Through job rotations, stand-in leadership roles, and impactful projects, trainees gain practical exposure across Heineken’s Centre of Excellence and manufacturing plants in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Graduates are mentored by experienced engineers and leaders while contributing directly to Heineken’s operations.

Are you Eligible? Minimum Requirements
- South African citizenship
- Degree or BTech in Engineering (BSc Engineering)
- Strong academic record
- Computer literacy and technical tool proficiency
- Leadership potential and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in Cape Town or Johannesburg
- A track record of high performance in studies, projects, or internships
