Job Description
The iStore’s Technical Support Internship is a dynamic, practical learning experience within an Apple-centric retail environment. You’ll join a high-performing in-store technical team, assisting with hardware and software troubleshooting, customer support, and hands-on tech repairs. Interns will receive mentorship and training while working on real-life customer challenges—building the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities to pursue a future in IT or customer tech support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support to walk-in customers and over-the-phone enquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple software and hardware
- Install and configure operating systems and applications on Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more
- Guide customers on how to use and optimize their Apple products
