What is the Learnership Programme
The Learnership Programme 2025 is a 24-month structured training initiative that combines theoretical learning with on-the-job practical training. Learners will be placed on a fixed-term contract and will gain experience across key mining functions, equipping them with industry-relevant skills to improve their employability.

- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (essential)
