What is the YES Programme
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to give unemployed youth a life-changing first job experience. Participants will gain retail work exposure, on-the-job training, and career readiness support while being part of TFG’s dynamic environment.

Are you Eligible? Requirements
- South African youth aged between 18 and 28 years old
- Matric (preferable)
- Must be available and willing to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Must not have been permanently employed for more than 1 continuous year
- Must not be studying full time during the programme (April 2025 – March 2026)
- Must not have participated in or registered for the YES Programme before
- Accommodation and transport are the responsibility of the candidate
- Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act
