Job Description
As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring efficient operations behind the scenes. Key Duties:

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Must live within 15km of Beacon Bay Retail Park
- Clear criminal record
- South African ID
Preferences (Advantageous but not compulsory):
- Previous experience in a Crew Member or restaurant team member role
- Exposure to working with kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, or ovens
- Experience in customer service or fast-paced retail
- Ability to multitask during peak periods
