Job Description
The core objective of the internship is to support the governance, operational, and strategic functions of Postbank’s Board of Directors. Interns will contribute to research, analysis, presentation preparation, and policy formulation that directly influence decision-making at the highest level within Postbank.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research and strategic analysis to support Board discussions and executive decision-making
  • Assisting in the preparation of board reports, policy documents, and presentations
  • Participating in strategic initiatives, governance projects, and regulatory compliance assignments
  • Providing logistical and administrative support for Board and committee meetings
  • Offering insights for policy development, corporate governance frameworks, and regulatory evaluations
  • Assisting with operational coordination and compliance documentation

  • South African citizenship
  • Availability to commit to the full 12-month internship

Role Responsibility
