Purpose of the Job

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Consultant role is to attend to customer queries and complaints, provide professional telephone-based assistance, and ensure that customer service standards and KPIs are consistently met within the Inbound Contact Centre.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in an Inbound Contact Centre
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Knowledge and understanding of:

  • Contact centre telephony systems
  • Customer Service and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles
  • Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
