Role Purpose:
The Sales Consultant’s mission is to inspire active lifestyles by achieving individual and club sales targets. In this role, you’ll promote Virgin Active as a top fitness provider, engaging with potential members and building lasting relationships. This is a key position in expanding Virgin Active’s membership base, driving sales, and connecting with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Planning: Organize each day for lead generation, appointments, and meeting sales goals.
- Sales Management: Utilize Virgin Active’s tools to input activities and ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of Virgin Active’s offerings and their competitive advantages.
- Customer Engagement: Grow the customer base by reaching out to new members and fostering relationships with current ones for referrals.
- Sales Execution: Identify prospective members’ needs, propose solutions, and handle objections to close sales.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data regularly to plan future strategies, enhancing both sales and Virgin Active’s brand.
- Marketing Initiatives: Represent Virgin Active as a brand ambassador by participating in community events, health days, and promotional activities.
Minimum Requirements:

- Education: Matric qualification required; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in sales, with a strong record of meeting targets.
