Job Description:
The Capitec Future Leaders Graduate Programme is designed to develop talented graduates into future leaders through a structured learning experience. Successful applicants will be immersed in a professional environment, gaining exposure to the core functions of the bank while receiving mentorship and undergoing multiple business rotations.
The programme is hosted in Stellenbosch (Western Cape) and Sandton (Gauteng), offering a supportive culture focused on leadership, innovation, and development.

Role Responsibility:
During this 12–24 month graduate programme, participants will:
- Work across different departments through structured rotations

- Network with senior leaders, peers, and subject-matter experts
- Prepare for a long-term leadership path in financial services

Position Summary

Minimum Requirements to Apply:
- South African citizen (13-digit ID)
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in any of the following fields:
- Actuarial Science
- Computer Science
- Information Systems / Information Technology
- Digital Marketing
- Economics
- Finance
- Statistics
- Quantitative Management
- Mathematics
- Graduated within the last 3 years (no later than January 2026)
- Achieved a minimum 60% aggregate
- Less than 2 years working experience
- Willing to be based in Stellenbosch or Sandton
- Clear criminal and credit record
