Qualification

A qualification at NQF Level 02 as recognised by SAQA

Experience

No prior experience required, but knowledge of cleaning duties and willingness to learn is essential

Key Performance Areas

Cleaning offices, corridors, boardrooms, and public areas
Dusting, polishing, sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and shampooing floors
Washing walls, doors, and windows
Emptying bins and removing waste materials
Cleaning kitchens and restrooms, replenishing toiletries and soap supplies
Maintaining and cleaning equipment such as microwaves and vacuum cleaners
Monitoring stock of cleaning materials and reporting shortages
Reporting broken machines and cleaning tools
