Job Description

As a YES Intern, you will undergo intensive training and be placed in an organization where you will gain hands-on work experience. The internship will provide exposure to customer service, order fulfillment, problem-solving, and professional communication within the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service aligned to service-level standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
  • Work Eligibility:
    • Must live within 49km of the job location (Diepsloot, Gauteng).
    • Clear criminal record.
  • Commitment: Willing to commit to the 12-month learnership programme.

Preferences (Advantageous but Not Mandatory)

  • South African candidates will be given preference.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
