Job Description
As a YES Intern, you will undergo intensive training and be placed in an organization where you will gain hands-on work experience. The internship will provide exposure to customer service, order fulfillment, problem-solving, and professional communication within the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service aligned to service-level standards.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
- Work Eligibility:
- Must live within 49km of the job location (Diepsloot, Gauteng).
- Clear criminal record.
- Commitment: Willing to commit to the 12-month learnership programme.
Preferences (Advantageous but Not Mandatory)
- South African candidates will be given preference.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
