Job Description:
Capitec’s Future Leaders Programme is a full-time, permanent development track that equips young graduates with business-critical skills, rotational exposure, and deep learning across different business units. You’ll contribute to real projects, join cross-functional teams, and gain the insider knowledge needed to shape your future as a leader in modern banking.

Ideal Candidate:
Capitec is looking for bold, driven, and dynamic graduates who are passionate about technology, data, customer-centric banking, and continuous improvement.
To qualify, you must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum) obtained within the last 3 years
- Have less than 2 years of full-time work experience
- Be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID
- Have a clear credit and criminal record
- Be willing to relocate or be based in either Stellenbosch or Sandton
Role Responsibility:
