What is the Citi Graduate Learnership Programme (ICRM)

This 12-month full-time programme equips graduates with knowledge, mentorship, and practical exposure to the world of compliance and risk management. As part of the Independent Compliance Risk Management team, graduates will learn to safeguard Citi’s reputation and support strong control environments through:

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks
  • Participation in risk assessments and compliance monitoring
  • Supporting policy implementation across business lines
  • Analysing data to mitigate compliance risks
  • Understanding governance in the global financial landscape

Graduates will also be able to apply for permanent positions during or after the programme.

Are you Eligible? Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold an undergraduate degree (minimum GPA 65%) or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Have 0–1 year of work experience (graduates with no experience are welcome)
  • Be a South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa
