1. Administrative Officer: Accounts Services (4 Posts)

  • Reference Number: EMSS153-2024
  • Job Purpose: Provide financial administrative support.
  • Requirements:
    • Grade 12 with a pass in Accountancy.
    • 6–12 months of accounting/finance experience (advantageous).
    • Valid Code B driver’s licence (advantageous).
    • Computer literacy.

2. Administrative Officer: Procurement Administration

  • Reference Number: EMSS154-2024
  • Job Purpose: Handle financial administration for procurement processes.
  • Requirements:
    • Grade 12 with a pass in Accountancy.
    • 6–12 months of finance or procurement experience (advantageous).
    • Valid Code B driver’s licence (advantageous).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

3. Administrative Officer: Tender Administration
