Job Description:
The 12-month Internship Programme is structured to ensure comprehensive workplace exposure for recent graduates across various sectors. Successful candidates will be placed in relevant departments and guided by experienced mentors and team leaders.
Interns will engage in both individual and collaborative projects, and their performance will be evaluated regularly to ensure ongoing development and support.
This is not just a job—it’s a learning experience that builds both hard and soft skills, such as time management, communication, critical thinking, digital literacy, and professionalism.
Depending on the department, tasks may include:
- Performing daily operational tasks and administrative support
- Collecting and analysing data using modern tools (e.g., Python, SQL)
- Assisting in quality control processes and lab work (science fields)
- Supporting marketing campaigns and digital content creation
- Engaging with internal HR, finance, or supply chain systems
- Developing and testing software or maintaining IT systems
- Participating in menu planning and food preparation (for hospitality interns)
Ideal Candidate:

- Is between the ages of 18 and 28
- Is currently unemployed and not studying full-time
