Job Description
As a General Worker at Gold Reef City, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across the park. From cleanliness and ride support to guest services and event assistance, your work ensures that every visitor enjoys a safe, memorable experience. Role Responsibility
Park Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize walkways, food courts, and restrooms
- Ensure hygiene standards are upheld in guest-facing areas
- Handle waste disposal and assist with minor maintenance as needed
Support with Attractions & Rides
- Guide guests through queues and monitor crowd flow
- Enforce attraction safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness around rides and amusements
Guest Services & Assistance
- Provide directions and respond to general inquiries
- Assist with lost-and-found operations
- Offer friendly, welcoming support to local and international visitors
Event Setup & Special Occasions
- Assist in setting up and dismantling stages or event booths
- Distribute flyers and guide event attendees
- Take on additional responsibilities during peak visitor periods
Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to hygiene and cleaning protocols
- Follow safe handling instructions for cleaning agents and tools
- Promptly report safety hazards and suspicious activities
Collaboration & Team Support
- Communicate clearly with ride operators, cleaners, and supervisors
- Coordinate tasks across departments for seamless operation
- Foster a cooperative, respectful work environment

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (Standard 8) minimum educational qualification

- Experience in theme parks, events, hospitality, or retail environments
- Basic cleaning or janitorial experience
- Familiarity with customer service protocols
- Safe handling of cleaning tools and chemicals
