Job Description
As a Customer Services Agent, your primary role is to engage with clients and provide professional, timely service through multiple channels—whether via phone, email, or walk-ins. You will address queries, resolve complaints, provide information, and ensure a seamless client experience within the established service level agreements (SLAs).

Your responsibilities will span internal processes, client service, teamwork, and financial awareness. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, making you a key player in maintaining brand reputation and client satisfaction.

Role Responsibility

Client Support

  • Respond to client queries via inbound calls, emails, and walk-in interactions
  • Resolve complaints with empathy and within SLA timelines
  • Provide accurate information and documents based on policies
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships

Administrative Accuracy

  • Capture and update client data in internal systems
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and reports are completed accurately and timeously
  • Identify and report process failures and recommend improvements

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client issues
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Share feedback and client insights with supervisors

Performance & Reporting

  • Provide regular reports on client servicing metrics
  • Take ownership of your role in meeting team and company-wide targets
  • Recommend ideas to improve service quality and operational efficiency

  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • Fluent in English, Afrikaans, and at least one Nguni language
