What is the FlySafair Graduate Engineer Programme
This graduate engineering role provides structured exposure to mechanical, aeronautical, and mechatronics engineering projects. Graduates will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of engineering systems, while gaining technical problem-solving and compliance experience in the aviation sector.

Are you Eligible? Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Aeronautical Engineering
- Have 0–2 years’ experience in aviation design, maintenance, or related engineering fields
- Demonstrate knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- Have completed Grade 12 or equivalent
