Job Description:
SAB’s Graduate Programmes are structured 24-month developmental journeys consisting of fixed-term segmented contracts and robust evaluations. Progression into each phase is determined through performance-based assessments, ensuring continual growth and alignment with business needs.

Each programme uses SAB’s proven 70-20-10 learning model:

  • 70% Experiential Learning: Immersive, challenging work experiences
  • 20% Mentorship and Coaching: Support from industry experts and senior leaders
  • 10% Classroom & Online Training: Formal education, certifications, and workshops

Rotations are typically 6-months long, allowing graduates to build diverse functional knowledge, strategic insight, and problem-solving skills. Upon successful completion of the full 24-month period, trainees are eligible to apply for permanent positions across SAB.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • South African citizen
  • Aged 18–35 years
  • Completed or in the final year of your Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Available to commit full-time for the duration of the 24-month programme
  • No prior full-time work experience required, but internship or part-time work is a plus

Role Responsibility:
Trainees will be expected to:

  • Participate actively in rotational work cycles within various business units
  • Collaborate with different teams to develop projects that align with SAB’s objectives
  • Deliver measurable results and report progress to programme managers and mentors
  • Contribute to innovation through new ideas, risk-taking, and problem-solving
  • Maintain performance excellence across all deliverables
  • Engage in cross-functional projects, sometimes outside their primary field of study
  • Attend leadership forums, masterclasses, and technical bootcamps

    Minimum Qualification:

  2. Graduate Management Trainee Programme
    Minimum Qualification:
    • Completed or final year undergraduate degree

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in:
      • Supply Chain Management
