Job Description
The Toyota Graduate Training Programme follows a 70/20/10 learning model:

  • 70% on-the-job training in a real working environment
  • 20% classroom-based training on core skills and business principles
  • 10% mentorship and coaching by industry experts

This immersive approach ensures that graduates are not only job-ready but also equipped to take on strategic leadership roles in the future. Graduates will be placed in relevant departments based on their qualifications and career aspirations, with rotational exposure to various functional areas to build well-rounded industry knowledge.
