The Young Professional-in-Training Programme is a structured development initiative designed to equip unemployed graduates with the skills, experience, and exposure needed to excel in their chosen careers. Participants will be assigned to specific departments, receive mentorship, and work on impactful projects within the company.

Are you eligible? (Minimum Requirements)
- Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35 years
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification:
- Internal Audit: National Diploma or BCom in Internal Auditing or Accounting
- Financial Information Systems: Degree in Financial Information Systems
- Business Development: BCom Honours in Marketing, Economics, or Logistics
- LLB: Degree in Law (Corporate and Governance)
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
