Qualification:

Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)

Experience:

Previous retail experience is advantageous but not compulsory
Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Position: Cashier – Job Type: Full-time (General retail sector roles, salary reference)

Qualification:

Minimum Grade 12
Basic math and computer literacy

Experience:

Retail cashier or customer service experience advantageous

Salary Range: R4,800 – R6,500 per month

Key Performance Areas

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing queries
Perform cashier duties including processing payments, refunds, lay-bys, and balancing tills
Replenish stock, ensure accurate product pricing, and maintain product availability on the sales floor
Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Support stock control by tagging products, assisting in stock takes, and reporting risks
