Purpose of the Programme

The Sasol Administration Learnership Programme aims to empower People Living with Disabilities (PWDs) by combining theoretical classroom learning (approx. 400 hours) with practical workplace experience in Sasol’s business divisions.

The programme develops learners’ administrative, interpersonal, and professional skills, while providing them with a supportive and accessible environment. By the end of the 12 months, participants will be equipped with an NQF certificate and practical experience that can launch them into long-term careers.

The curriculum covers both technical and soft skills critical for administrative success:
